According to The Block, Kraken's parent company Payward has announced a partnership with Broadridge, allowing eligible xStocks holders to submit proxy voting intentions for the corresponding stocks. XStocks is issued by Backed and is only available to qualified investors outside of the United States and the United Kingdom. Currently, the supported targets have been expanded to Hong Kong listed stocks through cooperation with financial technology infrastructure provider GTN, and plans to expand to markets such as the United Kingdom, Europe, and South Korea in the future. Broadridge will provide digital asset infrastructure support for the product, including proxy voting, post transaction services, wallets, and custody.
